Help!! First i had a ear infection and was treated then after that i developed sore throat and loss of voice,vomiting,fever like symptoms (super hot and sweaty but no fever) my feet are like ice and whenever i stand up im dizzy which makes me vomit. i have been dealing with this for 10 days and im starting to get a little nervous. what gives??

The history and the symptoms mentioned indicate that you had a ear infection, that resulted in pharyngitis , and then now resulted in labyrinthitis, that is causing the current symptoms of dizziness, and motion sickness.

You mighr benefit by taking medications like meclizine to help with your symptoms, along with effective antibiotic coverage for your infection.
