Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on the exact cause for your hair loss, rash behind ears and the lump that you describe (and these are correlated) without examining you and going ahead with further evaluation. The exact cause can only be made out after careful examination and evaluation (as suggested by examination findings). Consider visiting your doctor/healthcare provider for further examination, evaluation, clarification and assistance. Treatment as appropriate (based on examination findings and evaluation results) would be started to help you control the symptoms. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/healthcare provider and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
Take care.
