Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum and thanks for writing

After an abortion it takes few months for the periods to regularise and have normal bleeding. Until the hormonal levels are normalised irregular bleeding might be a symptom. But chances of pregnancy are always possible in case there is history of unprotected intercourse.

It is difficult to give an exact diagnosis here without a clinical examination. Wait and watch for few days. in case the bleeding is heavy and persistent consider visiting a Gynaecologist for evaluation. Have healthy balanced diet and avoid stress.

Take care!
