lobe is enlargedwith a complex mass at the lower 2/3 measuring around 7.5x3.2x7.78cms (LHW)with extention of the mass to the isthmuss.the wall is smooth there is minimal vascular flow within the solid portionof the mass the mass extends to the isthmuss.

some advice plss....thnkssss.

You will most likely require a fine needle aspiration (needle biopsy) to look for signs of possible thyroid cancer. (The diagnosis of thyroid cancer versus a benign mass usually cannot be made with an ultrasound alone.)
