Is Littre\'s gland secretion and cowper\'s the same? cowper\'s is sticky and littre\'s non-sticky?

No , Cowper glands and littre glands are not same , its different
Cowper gland secretions are clear watery fluid full of mucoprotiens and also helps in lubrication While littre glands secretions are mostly colloidal type containing glycoaminoglycans Which protects urethra from any harmful content of urethra. . ..
