I am 52 year age.. healthy.. lean..To day I have taken lipid profile.. it goes as follows

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. Your lipd profile is high and deranged. Yes you are at risk but a good diet and lifestyle with lipid lowering agents intake will make sure you stay out of woods. talk to a dietitian and let them decide what foods are best. Prefer natural products , more fruits and fiber and less processed and canned ones.

I hope it helps. stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and can not be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.

Take care
