like a rope being tightened below my breasts

Hi. I am 59 yrs old with no medication/maintenance whatsoever. There are occasions when I fell pain across my chest. It's like a rope is being tightened along the area below my breasts round to my back. What could be causing this?

It can be due to angina for that first you should an ECG if its normal which is to be expected and after that you can be advised with ETT to rule out any ischemia,cardiac enzymes can also be done to rule out any myocardial injury. echo can also be advised to see any wall abnormlity.
the next possible causes may include GERD, peptic ulcer disease, acute pancreatitis, cholicystitis
for that you can be advised to do an ultrasound abdomen, endoscopy, CT abdomen even.
