Light Pink Spotting 4 Days After Period?

I am 23 years old, I have had my period since I was 12. It's always been really regular. I wasn't suppose to start until the 12th of this month, but I had sex on the 5th and started my period on the 6th (a week early). It lasted the normal 5 days until the 11th. I had sex on the 12th and last night, the 15th, I noticed very light pink blood when I went to the bathroom and wiped. It is the 17th now and it's still happening but now I have to wear just a panty liner, but it's still not very much at all. I have never had this happen and have no clue what it could be? Any help would be appreciated!!
Also I am not on the pill or anything.

Early Pregnancy Signs and Symptoms Answer A13308
Hi,
Welcome to the forum. I am really glad to help you out. You seem to be suffering from intermenstrual bleeding. It can be due to genital infections or cervical polyps (benign growths on the cervix). Other causes may be uterine fibroids, miscarriage after a pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy, fluctuation in hormone levels and hypothyroidism.

Please get yourself evaluated by a gynecologist as pelvic examination and investigations are required to confirm a diagnosis. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
