light cycle and urine is a very loud lime greenish yellow?

User Profile
I had my last cycle on Sep 3rd. It was unusally light, but I had started to feel bad. My head constantly ached and I and I was bloated. I remained like this for about 3 weeks! My urine is also a very loud lime greenish yellow LOL. I have been nauseous and every test I have taken says negative! Now my period has come on again 2 days late and its not enough blood to fill a tampon. But my back aches It starts and stops, and when I use a tampon my vagina hurts so bad!! I have heard from some friends that the had "normal periods" throughout their pregnancy! I just hope that I haven't "lost" a baby if I am/was. Please help

Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on your pregnancy status without examining you and going ahead with further evaluation. If you have miscarriage, bleeding will be profuse, heavy and associated with severe abdominal cramps and back pain, presence of clots etc. The symptoms that you describe could suggest pregnancy possibility. Do not delay in visiting your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation to look for underlying cause for your symptoms and confirm/rule out pregnancy. You can get false negative results with urine pregnancy tests done very early in pregnancy, as the kits are calibrated ones, so unless the hormone levels in urine reach a certain level, they do not show positive results. The test should always be done on early morning first urine sample to get accurate results (pregnancy hormone HCG is believed to be in highest concentration in this sample, and you should avoid lot of fluid intake and caffeinated beverages in the night before taking the test). If your symptoms have been persistent and if you still suspect chances of pregnancy, consider getting blood HCG level test done to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately.
Take care.
