Life expectancy without treatment

If I am 71 years old, been diagnosed with early colon cancer and choose to not take any medical treatment, how long (approximately) would it take to die of the disease? I know there are a lot of factors included in this, however, if anyone can enlighten me as to an approximate time frame, I would appreciate it

Stage I cancers have a survival rate of 80-95 percent. Stage II tumors have survival rates ranging from 55 to 80 percent. A stage III colon cancer has about a 40 percent chance of cure and a patient with a stage IV tumor has only a 10 percent chance of a cure. These are the subset of patients who undergo chemotherapy and treatment. Those who dont have significantly lower survival rates. In advance stages 4 some people tend to do better and survive longer than their chemo counterparts mainly due to differences in the biology of the tumor itself.
