leukocytosis, eosinophilia, clubbing of fingers, toes

User Profile
I recently had a bone marrow biopsy, so far I've been diagnosed with leukocytosis, eosinophilia, & macrocytosis. I have severe deep bone pain, fevers, night sweats, significant weight loss, loss of appetite, left lower rib pain & swollen, swollen under right arm pit, migrains, digital clubbing of fingers & toes & more..... Is there a underline cause for this? Do I have a type of leukemia?

Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern.

Your bone marrow and cbc doesn't indicate a malignancy. Please send the attached reports for a more comprehensive review. I would advise sputum AFB and CXR PA view to look for tuberculosis. An initial Montoux test can be done as a screen test.

Let me know if you have any query

wishing you best of health

Thanks
