i am all ready seating in chair than my legs problem

I read your question and i understand your concern. I suppose you mean sititng in chair are giving you leg pains. Chair is not a got ride for long time. The best way to cope up with this effort is to take a break fro 5 to 10 minutes every hour and lie down on a flat surface. Give you back muscle a break and let them relax. You wont have these referred leg pains any more.
