Whenever I get into an arguement with my husband my legs start to hurt , is this normal?

Your body has learned to associate the pain with stress, specifically the stress of argument with your husband. This involves some emotions such as anger, hate, frustration etc.

You have to work on the emotional aspects. You also need to learn how to deal with the arguments without drawing inferences about yourself or your husband. You will probably need help of a relationship counselor.
