Im 30 weeks pregnant today and for the past 2 weeks ive been having really bad leg cramps i was just wondering if its going to go away and if its even part of being pregnant .

its normal, i got it heaops with my son. Apparently it is sciatic pain-caused by baby sitting on nerves, it will go away after you have your baby, or when he chooses to move off the nerves.

Leg Cramps
I have leg and feet cramps. I take a potassium supplement and eat bananas. You should check with your Dr., what you can take and this problem. Congratulations, D.WHITE

Thank you for your reply , my doctor told me the same thing and its helping a bit , she also told me to keep my legs elevated at night and its also helping , im just glad i only have 5 weeks left .
