I've had pains in my left knee for months where it would fall asleep everything I'd sit down and I'd have difficulty getting because of stiffness, after seeing the doctor I realized I have arthritis and I'm 18, I'm very worried for my future and I'm just wondering if there's a way to get better or reverse my condition, I don't want this to get worst because I'm very athletic and don't want it to affect my performance. Any advice ??

Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Arthritis at age of 18 need to be evaluated for the cause. Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis is likely cause. Treatment is mostly supportive and symptomatic.

I hope it helps. Please consult your doctor as our advice is just for education purpose only.
