My son is 10 yrs. old and turns his left foot in when he walks or runs. We noticed it a few years ago but he didn't do it very often so we let it go. Now it is all the time. He can't runs, he limps when he tries. He starting to limp slightly when he walks now. He also doesn't bend his knee when he walks or runs. Does anyone know what the cause for this may be or how we would correct it?

It sounds like your son is suffering from over-pronation. This is when your feet turn inwards as you walk. I have been suffering from this for years and have used insoles with firm arch supports to help.
