Left foot arch pain with simultaneous left side ab pain (Page 3)

Sharp, quick pains - simultaneous arch & abdomen
Hmmm... mine started last night. Significant enough for me to search for an answer and I am not a hypochondriac. Sharp quick pain on the left arch - immediate corresponding sharp quick pain on the left abdomen. Healthy work out, eat well, no physical issues known. This is crazy! Like another mentioned - it's like a wire connected between the two spots. I did do a strenuous yoga class for the first time on Sunday - today is Tuesday.

I have heel pain and need arch support for my tired feet. I first wore them around the house for an hour or two at a time, as suggested. This past weekend I ventured out to work my daughters Girl Scout cookie booths. I was on my feet 2 hours straight and my feet felt great. orthofeet shoe really helps me do my job and cuts down on the pain I have once I am off my feet.

Add me to the list... Today I started getting a quick, sharp, pinprick like flash of pain on the left side of my body where the bottom of my ribcage meets my stomach and also in the center of the top of my foot in line with my second toe. I was laying in bed and it felt as if someone just pricked my side and the top of my foot with a needle at the same time, enough so to make me almost drop my phone out of my hands. The pain lasted 1-2 seconds max and then it completely vanished. Over the next 30 minutes it’s happened another 3 or 4 times in the same exact spots. It’s freaked me out enough to search the internet for more information about it and this is the only thing I can find on it. Any insight that can be provided would be greatly appreciated!!

Also, I forgot to mention I’m 33, and male. 5’11, 160, not overactive, not under active, just regular active if that’s even a term. I also have anxiety/depression and I take Prozac and Wellbutrin. I’m not sure what that would have to do with it, but I figured I’d put that out there if it might help.

Simultaneous pain in right arch and lower abdomen.
So I'm not imagining it. Right lower quadrant abdominal pain simultaneous with right arch pain. Sudden, sharp, resolves. Comes and goes without warning. My first thought was appendix or ileocecal valve warning. I do have gut issues. I looked up referred pain but did not find anything.

This is driving me crazy! Sharp pain left side, surface kind of pain, and top of left foot. So strange we all have the same thing happening. Obviously it's a connected nerve, but what is setting it off???
