Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am glad to help you out. These are the signs which are seen in pregnancy and hence pregnancy needs to be ruled out first especially because you had unprotected sexual intercourse and that too during the ovulation days. It can be done by doing a urine for pregnancy test if you have miss your periods. Serum beta HCG level is a more sensitive test and an ultrasound of the uterus will also assist in the confirmation of the diagnosis. You can consult a gynaecologist and get them done.

I sincerely hope this helps. Take care.
