Early Pregnancy Signs and Symptoms Answer A15957
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Your current symptoms along with delay in periods do suggest possibility of pregnancy. Get a blood beta HCG test done along with an ultrasound scan to confirm your pregnancy before giving news to your husband.
Urine pregnancy tests might come negative showing something called as false negative test even though you are pregnant. This usually happens due to less concentration of pregnancy hormone HCG in urine during early pregnancy. Blood test and ultrasound scan are accurate tests to confirm pregnancy in such cases.
All the best.
