Late Menstrual Period- Could I be pregnant?

I don't usually track my period but last month it was 28 days and this month it's not on the 28th day. I started tracking it coz 2 weeks ago my bf and i dry humped and he ejaculated on my shorts. I also had panties and a panty liner on and i'm worried i'm pregnant. I don't want to stress coz ive read it also delays menstruation but i also started exercising two weeks a ago. Its been like a year since i last exercised so maybe my body was shocked? Pls help me!!! I just want peace of mind...

Xelz, Sperm does not travel well. It had to have come from his penis, through your shorts and panties, found a way around your panty liner, found your vulva and got inside, found your vaginal entrance, moved all the way up to your cervix, got into the cervix and started the normal journey to get to an egg.

It is impossible for that to happen.

Please be careful however. Accidents happen quickly and when you are both extremely aroused, you may do something you regret.

Take care!

xelz, Many things affect a woman's cycle:

Stress, illness, medicine, drugs, sleep, nutrition, worry, travel, weight, weight loss, exercise, more serious conditions like PCOS and other things.

If you have any doubts, take a pregnancy test and repeat it 7 days later to confirm the result..

Beetel, yes there is a possibility depending on how long her cycle is and if it was 14 days since her menses started or finished. She can take the I-pill or some other emergency contraceptive pill as soon as possible. That will reduce your risks dramatically.

Best of luck!
