Last resort to stomach/digestive problems. Doctors say they can'

I really don't know what else to do so maybe this will help.

I have experienced stomach issues and digestive problems my whole life. They used to be manageable but over the past 4 years now, they have gotten a thousand times worse. In 2010 I had done some food allergy testing and the results came back with a 0-4 intolerance level. Most foods were from .5-1.5, some foods were a 3+, and two foods were a 0 rating. The 3+ were mainly milk, eggs, black pepper, wheat, peanut butter, and more that I can't remember. I could eat them still but they would go through me very quick. In 2012 I was diagnosed with IBS-C because I would get a lot of cramps, have hour long bowel movements, and only have a bowel movement once a week unless I ate something I had an intolerance too like milk, eggs, etc. I didn't see a doctor about it before because it didn't affect me much and I thought it was just normal for me. In 2015 my problems started to get way worse. I was working a call center job and it was stressful. I was having bowl movements and cramping more often and it was effecting my work. I also had anxiety and depression problems that wasn't helping. The doctor put me on intermittent LOA so I wouldn't lose my job. I was in a car wreck in 2015 and my stress/depression got worse. I was out on short term disability and was treated for stress/anxiety/depression for a year and a half while being off work.

About 2 months after wrecking my car, my bowel movements got worse. I tried talking to a doctor but they told me if we fixed my stress and depression problems, my bowel problems would go away. Well that didn't happen and they only got worse. I gradually started having a bowel movement every 2 to 3 days and when I had one, I would be in multiple times a day alternating between constipation and diarrhea. Then some times I would have a bowel movement at least once a day but have multiple bowel movements a day with pain and stomach issues every couple days. I started getting a lot of blood in my stool and started developing hemorrhoids. I changed doctors and he had me schedule an upper and lower GI but that took 6 months after scheduling to get completed. By that time I had been on a non GMO diet and went back to work with minimal issues. I got the test done about a month after going on the non GMO diet (which helped a lot to clear up symptoms), and they said they couldn't find anything. The who did the test said that I had ibs and a nervous stomach. I started having problems again really bad and was missing up to 70 hours a month off work from it because the pain was so bad when having a bowel movement. I ended up having to quite my job because of it in 2016. I tried going back to work in the beginning of 2017 after trying other diets again and symptoms clearing up a little, but I was still missing at least 1 day a week and I was late everyday due to a bowel movement right before leaving for work. I ended up being forced into quitting after 7 months and I have been off work for the last two years. I don't get to leave the house much because I get, what I call, sick to my stomach too much. It doesn't matter what foods I eat now, foods go right through me within 15-30 minutes of eating most times. I stay away from dairy products and other foods that make me worse but I can eat something one day and i may not get sick. If I eat the same thing the next day, I will get sick. I will be in and out of the bathroom sometimes 3 to 6 times a day within about 3 minutes of each bowel movement. During a bowel movement, I can go from constipation to diarrhea back to constipation and straining to get something out. I spend most times straining and very little comes out sometimes. Now my hemorrhoids are so bad that every time I have a bowel movement I can't sit down, walk, or even lay down without being in a lot of pain and discomfort. I also have a lot of blood every time I am having a bowel movement. Lately my I have found 3 foods I can eat that don't make my symptoms worse unless immhaving a flair up. So I may go a couple days without a bowel movement, I may go a day, and about once a week , I am in the bathroom multiple times a day rocking myself on the toilet because of pain. I only eat once or twice a day. Most times when going multiple times a day, little to nothing comes out or I may have mucus or black bile.

My family doctor has tried me on probiotics but each one I take makes me really sick and sometimes I throw up blood. After a few visits, he told me there was nothing else he can do and sent me to a specialist. The specialist saw me twice, tried me on dicyclomine, and then told me there was nothing else he could do for me. He told me that it was impossible to go between constipation to diarrhea and back to constipation or vice versa in one bowel movement, and he told me that it was all from stress and I needed to see a psychiatrist. I haven't been to the doctor in 8 months because I have no health insurance z no job, and because they tell me there is nothing they can do. I do think stress and depression plays a part in this but I have flair ups even when I'm not stressed or depressed. My depression has gotten worse because I can't work and I'm not reliable. I never know when I'm going to be sick or when I'm going to have to have a bowel movement. The pain gets too much to bear sometimes and now after a bowel movement, my whole day is ruined because sleep is the only way to take the pain away. I can't get on disability because I don't have a qualifying diagnosis or consistent medical records because of no insurance. All I want is to get back to normal and be able to get back to work. I hate struggling every month to get by and being 26 living at home with my parents and have no life because I get sick so much. I don't know what is causing my problems and I don't know what to tell doctors to get them to help me but if I don't get something done soon then I will probably end up ending my life so I don't have to deal with this anymore. Im not suicidal and I am thinking clearly, but the pain is just too much to go through and no one seems like they want to help.

Damn that's tough! I'm going through something similar so I can relate...
I have mainly bloating, feelings of tightness in the abdomen, constipation but messy stool, all despite a healthy diet high in fiber. I'm also trying to figure out the cause.... I wish you all the luck in the world.
