I am 32 weeks. No contractions that i can feel but i have a terrible headache and backache and they are accompanied with some awful diarrhea that's been going on all day and nausea. Could I be trying to go into preterm labor?

Hello.
Welcome to this forum.
As per your description, you are having a GI upset. And that is the reason, you are having nausea, headache, backache and loose motions. Go to your GP for it's treatment. Preterm labor is not the cause here probably as there is no contraction. Meanwhile, drink sips of water and look for an adequate urine output.
Hope I can address your query. Please visit your doctor if there is any further confusion as without a clinical examination it is not possible to opine through an online medical forum.
