Knee pains six days after dry sex

Okay so dry sex happened. The guy wore boxers, the girl wore jeans and underwear. The guy didn't (at least feel) any ejaculation, though it is possible that the girl wet herself. Six days later the girl complained of knee pains which I understood is a pregnancy sign. Is my paranoia overractive?

Thanks before.

Hello, and thanks for your medical question on eHealth forum!

Usually, semen or sperm cannot travel up the vagina through underwear. Also even if wet underwear containing semen did touch the vaginal opening, usually there is labia covering it and also even if there was direct contact with the opening, such a wet cloth containing semen cannot usually make a woman pregnant. So chances of pregnancy are pretty remote even if you did ejaculate into your boxers. Knee pain is not a sign of pregnancy. Hope this helps. Take care!
