Hi stuuy,
I am not sure what caused the lump. It is best to see doc, but if u can just try, sometimes a warm compress helps to 'diffuse' whatever accumulated in those parts? I hope nothing serious, but certain poultices like with activated charcoal would also be good, and perhaps those w/ silica like horsetail tea, if u have a sachet?

Good to know it has been diagnosed.. now i am expriencing some pain in one hand. Months ago, i had a trigger thumb wc could only be tackled by a steroid shot. This pain is not on the same location on the other hand, but is also painful, like when turning a doorknob or opening a bottle. I do not wish to return to an ortho for a shot... I wish there was some other remedy though.
