I just had one kidney removed and am having frequent urination. Will this be how my body functions or is this temporary. Also, I can't hold it for long. Is this a result of a catherder? Is this temporary or permanent?

It is possible that you may be having a urinary infection.

Consult a doctor and get tests including urinalysis, which may help to provide proper treatment to you.
