Kidney Conditions Answer A64563
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

Corticomedullary differentiation decreases with advanced renal failure as the creatinine Rises above the level of 3 mg per DL and then corticomedullary differentiation progressively increases

Wishing you best of health

thanks
