Just need to know my risks & when to get to a dr

I had a complete hysterectomy due to cancer when I was only 25, apparently it was so bad the Dr put 28 holes in my bladder that I eventually got fistula surgery done. Now about 4 years ago they said I had precancer cells in my esophagus. They cut them out and ballooned it so I could eat again. Now I have severe pain in my bladder & constantly have to wear pads for the urine anyways I'm in severe pain do I need to see an oncologist or a urologist is my question and how long does precancer turn to actual cancer. My neck is in pain too my lymph nodes are always up. Please give me some advice on who I should see. I am 55.
