Hi, and thanks for your medical question on eHealth forum!

If both of you were fully clothed, and there was no wetness in your partner's private area, then it is unlikely that he had ejaculated. In such a case, pregnancy is unlikely.

If there was ejaculation, usually, semen or sperm cannot travel up the vagina through two layers of underwear. Also even if wet underwear containing semen did touch the vaginal opening, usually there is labia covering it and also even if there was direct contact with the opening, such a wet cloth containing semen cannot usually make a woman pregnant.

The mid cycle spotting you had was probably ovulation bleed—which became evident due to hormonal changes induced by sexual activities. Other symptoms could either be due to tension or acidity or stomach flu. Please consult a doctor as confirmed diagnosis is not possible on net. Hope this helps. Take care!
