My periods were supposed to be on 8th Oct but i observed just few drops of bleeding on 7th Oct ( may be just 2-3 drops ) and nothing after that. Is this a sign of pregnancy. I am married and my age is 29.

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Lighter and shorter periods/spotting could be suggestive of possibility of pregnancy. Sometimes you can have delayed periods (5-10 days of variation in your menstrual cycle is considered to be normal). If pregnancy is suspected, look out for development of any new symptoms. Wait and watch for your periods. If you do not get your periods within 10 days of expected period dates, or if you get abnormal periods, or if you develop symptoms suggestive of pregnancy, you should consider visiting your gynecologist for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
