Hi there,
I have been a bit blocked up for the last few days but today I produced jelly like ball of mucus from my throat and nose.
I have no under lying illnesses and this has not happened before, should I worry?

If the episode is one time only, and there has been no recurrence or if you do not have any other symptoms, then you can relax.

If you have persistent cough , nose blocks, bleeding in your nose or in your sputum, fever , weight loss, etc over the last 3 months or more, then you would need to get evaluated properly by a doctor before a opinion can be provided.
