Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The treatment prescribed along with HCG injection is to help you sustain the pregnancy and prevent early pregnancy loss. Continue to follow the instructions of your treating doctor/gynecologist. If your IUI has been successful, you should miss your periods. If periods do not start within 18-20 days post IUI, consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet. Avoid sexual intercourse or any activities that can increase abdominal pressure.
Take care.
