I have an iud..i had it put since october or november last year (2008) this month (february) im waiting for my period to period usually comes at the beginning of the month..this month on the first old blood came out but not a lot..and now my nipples are feeling i pregnant??

It is unlikely that you can get pregnant while a IUD is in place.

The symptoms you are having are more likely due to hormonal changes within the body and not due to pregnancy.
