Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Itchiness which is spreading on different areas can be due to dermatitis, fungal infection, allergy etc.Since it has been spreading and also is present since long duration it requires a careful evaluation and treatment.
Apply calamine lotion in the itchy skin.
Consider visiting a Physician earliest for examination so that a proper treatment can be given after evaluation as it needs a clinical examination.

Take Care!
