Welcome to the ehealthforum. Without examination I cannot confirm a diagnosis but it can be contact dermatitis, eczema or hives. Apply calamine lotion and take some antihistaminic for the itching. Conventional antihistaminics may cause drowsiness also, so get them prescribed from a dermatologist. Also use mild soaps and wear cotton gloves while doing any household work.

If the symptoms persist then please get an examination done from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
