Hi, and thanks for your medical question on eHealth forum

Depending on the STD, it may start 3-4 days later to a week 10 days later.
If you have itching around vagina and it bleeds on scratching, then it could be bacterial vaginosis or fungal infection which do not come under STDs.

It could also be Herpes if you have red rash like things too around the vaginal opening. Soaps, shampoos, shaving blades etc too can cause itching.

If you have a history of unprotected sex then get a STD panel done especially if either you or your partner has had other partners too.

Please consult your gynecologist and get yourself examined as a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net. Hope this helps. Take care!
