Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum and thanks for writing

It seems you are suffering from Urinary Tract infection. You can follow simple measures as:
1)Drink 5 to 6 litres of water.

2)Have craneberry juice as it helps in combating UTI.

3)Have healthy balanced diet.

4)Avoid unprotected intercourse.
If the symptoms persist even after 2 days then consider visiting a Physician for evaluation as you might require detailed examination and investigations as Urine test on the basis of which medications would be given.

Take care!
