Welcome to ehealthforum and thanks for writing

It is sad to say but its true that hysterectomy does not cure endometriosis completely and even after the removal of uterus recurrence has been reported.Chances are there that some residual endometrial tissue is left which regrows and spreads causing pain and discomfort.

You might have the symptoms of recurrence. For this you need to undergo a pelvic examination and investigations to rule it out.If detected you might be prescribed regression therapy which can be decided only after a precise diagnosis.

Kindly discuss with the Gynaecologist regarding the treatment options available.Continue with the medications as prescribed.Have healthy balanced diet and restrict smoking and alcohol.
Take care!
