Sexual Health - Women Answer A37954
Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum and thanks for writing

Irregular menstrual cycle with pain during urination could be suggestive of underlying issues as PCOD(quite common cause of irregular periods in young woman), endometritis, cervicitis, pelvic infection, bladder infection, sexual transmitted diseases etc.

You definitely require a detailed examination and investigations as USG scan,Blood tests to rule out the exact cause as it is very difficult to comment without a physical examination.Since you have been facing the issue of irregular periods since long consider visiting a Gynaecologist for evaluation. Have healthy balanced diet and maintain hydration.

Take care!
