it came non-reactive. Is it conclusive

Hi, I am from India. I had a protected sex and i am scaring about getting HIV. After possible exposure of 97th day i got hiv 1 and 2 antibody test(ECLA method), it came non-reactive. Is it conclusive or do i need to get another test after six months as i am still worrying.

As described in your history, the possible risk of you having STDs including HIV would be very less likely. This is due to the fact that you had used condoms.

Hence in your case, your actual risk of being infected was low, and after the latest test result after 96 days being negative, it can be considered that you do not have HIV infection.
