cookie90, No it is not really possible. Your ovaries stop producing eggs as soon as the fertilized egg implant. Once this happens, you are infertile.

I read your question and i understand your concern.No it can be possible as one the egg is fertilized and implanted then ovulation usually stops and hence furthur fertilization and becoming pregnant again during the previous is pregnancy is a something very difficult.
