Is this pregnancy, a cyst, or something else?

User Profile
I have missed 2 periods and I am having some weird feelings. I took 3 pregnancy tests a week apart. 2 negative and one very, very faint positive. I have an appointment a week from today, but I am wondering what's going on. Never been pregnant, so no idea what it feels like.symptoms are 2 missed periods, fatigue, sick after I eat, bloating, heartburn, flutter/popping in lower abdomen and soreness in lower abdomen, and a little soreness. Is this pregnancy, a cyst, or something else?

Welcome to ehealthforum,
Urine pregnancy tests rarely show false positive results. The faint positive result could be indicative of pregnancy. The symptoms described by you could suggest possibility of early pregnancy (missed periods, fatigue, nausea, bloating, heartburn, fluttering in lower abdomen, lower abdominal soreness). Look out for development of any other new symptoms if pregnancy is suspected. If you suspect chances of pregnancy, you should consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any unusual/new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet.
Take care.
