Welcome to ehealthforum,
The timing of your unprotected intercourse is during your probable fertile days. If egg was present in your system at time of intercourse, chances of pregnancy cannot be ruled out. The delayed periods and abnormal bleeding could be suggestive of pregnancy or even miscarriage if bleeding is getting heavier and with clots coming out with menstrual blood flow. Visit your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation and assistance. Urine pregnancy tests can show false negative results during early pregnancy. Urine pregnancy test kits are calibrated ones, so they show positive results only after the hormonal levels in urine have reached a certain level. Blood HCG level estimation is accurate and can detect pregnancy accurately earlier than urine pregnancy tests (at about 11 days post conception).
Take care.
