Is this implantation cramping?...

Howdy all,

I hope my question doesn't come off as too silly, but I have never been pregnant so I have no clue. My husband and I do not wear protection and I am not on birth control, we use the pull-out method because we're trying to save up money for a house before we get pregnant. About four days ago my husband and I had sex, but he didn't "finish" sort -to speak. I have heard that pre-ejaculation could also cause pregnancy. My ovulation was supposed to be around yesterday, the day before yesterday or today, and usually I know this because I have creamy discharges (thicker than usual) on those days. This time, same thing...extremely thick and creamy discharge yesterday and today, except this time it is followed by cramping. For the past two days, on and off. And my AF is not due for another two weeks or so, which is unusual. I am also ridiculously moody/emotional, almost like a sort of pre-PMS. And now I'm trying to figure out if it's because I started going back to the gym and working out my abs or if it's my diet (the past two days I have been eating really terrible, eating out a lot and drinking a lot of soda), or if it's implantation cramping... if it's implantation will there continue to be cramping for the next couple of weeks? Are there any other signs I can look for to know if I'm preggers or simply be patient (so tough!!) for another few weeks?

Also, I REALLY want a baby and I am afraid of loosing it if I am pregnant, so I'm afraid now to go to the gym and work out on my abs (when I mean work out abs I mean do sit-ups) and stuff, will that hurt the implantation process or mess it up?? Thanks all Smile

Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Since you had unprotected intercourse nearing ovulation so chances of pregnancy are quite possible. Some woman can have the pregnancy symptoms as early as within a week of conception. But right now you will have to wait and watch the next periods as test would not be able to detect the pregnancy if there.
If you miss the expected period get a Blood test done after a week to rule out/confirm pregnancy and consider visiting a Gynaecologist for evaluation.

Take Care!
