is this chronic fatigue syndrome or an endocrine disorder maybe?

I am 25 years old (female) last year I was suffering from recurrent viral infections that would absolutely wreck me Id be weak & extremely exhausted so I was getting nowhere with my own doctor I decided to change doctors & was sent to hospital where they found I'd pneumonia last nov/dec I got Antibotics which cleared it but it's now nearly march and since then I can't lift my energy levels am constantly in battle with fatigue good days and bad days it's horrible I've had blood tests where the only abnormal thing was my bilirubin Was high twice but they said that's ok because it came back down can anyone have any idea what is causing me this fatigue it's playing havoc with my life Sad
