Is there anyway I could be pregnant or am I just stressed?

User Profile
My boyfriend an I were fooling around on my most fertile day. No sex. However we were on top of each other and were making out with our clothes on and I think he had a little bit of precum and it was on his fingers. My period is 4 days late im having sore boobs, little bit of cramps, no discharge, acne, and I can't sleep. Is there anyway I could be pregnant or am I just stressed?

Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to say whether the symptoms that you describe are PMS symptoms or symptoms suggestive of pregnancy without examining you and going ahead with further evaluation. If semen or pre-cum has not come in direct contact with vagina and if you were around your ovulation time, chances of pregnancy cannot be ruled out. There are no studies to prove that sperms can swim through fabrics (unless it is thin and lightly woven and there is presence of ample vaginal wetness). For pregnancy to result, pre-cum or semen should come in direct contact with vagina during your fertile days/ovulation time. Wait and watch for your periods. Look out for development of any new symptoms if pregnancy is suspected. Visit your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation and assistance you do not get your periods within 10 days of expected period dates, or gets abnormal bleeding. If pregnancy gets ruled out and if you are not ready for pregnancy, but intend to remain sexually active, you should consider getting started on suitable regular birth control measures to be protected (after periods). Be regular with birth control use as instructed. Avoid having unprotected sexual contact if you are not ready for pregnancy.
Take care.
