we had sex on February 7th and about a week later she's been complaining that she's feeling dizzy and nauseous and she's been throwing up a bit.. She's also says her breasts are sore and feel like they are tingling a little and with some light cramping. She's taken two tests on the 17th and 18th and both came back negative but they are not the early test type. But it seems like she is having signs like she could be? Her period is 2 days past

If her period was due 2-16 and she is pregnant then sex the first few days of the month is most likely responsible. Sex 11 days before her period is not normally in the fertile window. However her signs are pretty convincing so she should run another test a week after the last. If that was first sex it's possible she is having a hormone upset and not pregnant.

Welcome to e health forum.

The possible symptoms that are common in pregnancy include - Missed periods, Breast tenderness, Nausea in the early morning, Vaginal discharge from pinkish white to brownish, Spotting, Fatigue and Increased urge to urinate.

Diagnosis of pregnancy cannot be done just based on the signs and symptoms within a few days of conception.

The best and easy way to confirm if you are pregnant would be to do a urine pregnancy test at home.

Home pregnancy urine tests are very sensitive and are around 97% accurate when done correctly. Such tests can be done at least 1 day after you have missed your monthly period (which otherwise where normally regular). If it is negative, a repeat test after 7 days of missing the period, would definitely be confirmatory.

If your PT is negative, and you still have abnormal symptoms or missed periods, then it could be due to other medical issues and you need to consult your doctor and seek a proper medical opinion.

I hope this helps.
