Is psoriasis curable completely?

I m suffering from psoriasis from past 2 years and it's in plans on both legs and hands. I am taking a homeopathy medicine but itiches a lot. Just wanted to know whether it will be cured completely?

I read your question and i understand your concern. Psoriasis can not be cured, it is just managed. I would consider just good care and use of immunosuppressants, homeopathy alone wont be enough.
