is parkinson keeping him from talking louder?

It is getting so hard to hear my husband talk. Could this be the parkinson is keeping him from talking louder?

I read your question and i understand your concern. Parkinsonism can affect speech as well in late stages. His neurological exam and your ear exam if its with difficulty in listening to other things as well. Other wise his evaluation and disease management is advised.
