Is my ability to learn hampered now due to a damaged hippocampus

I'm afraid that I can't learn because I got into an argument, and afterwards my head hurt. I read that the stress caused by that may have damaged my hippocampus, which means my ability to learn is hampered. Is this likely and should I give up on learning? Thank you for your time.

Thank you for your question. I don't think that your hyppocampus is so fragile. You should not stop learning. By Andre Strizhak
