Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on your symptoms without examining you. If you suspect to be pregnant, do not delay your visit to your doctor/gynecologist for examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). An ultrasound scan done will help to know the current status of PCOS changes in ovary. If cycles of ovulation inducers are not helping in pregnancy, discuss with your treating gynecologist about starting you on Gonadotropins simultaneously for better results. Be in regular follow-up with your treating gynecologist/obstetrician.
Take care.
